i tried to do the glowyness tutorial on makani's for the lightning but i couldn't get the layers to do what i wanted them to do (gimp = i don't know as well as photoshop).
anyhoos, that is richie, static, and rubberbandman, with ebon looming over them, and all of these characters are from the wb kids show static shock, which is a totally awesome show and you should all go watch it  <3static |
